Hillary is a social, economic and conflict research specialist with project management experience. He has over 10 years of working experience, working with both local and international organizations. He is proficient in conducting context analysis research, developing MEAL systems, report writing for different stakeholder groups, developing work plans and budgets, revising the M&E plan and PMP by soliciting stakeholders’ inputs, training and capacity building for staff, partners and community members, proposal writing and undertaking governance, administrative and procurement responsibilities.
